NewARCH Design Consultants is proud to showcase the Azim Premji University project in Bengaluru, a sprawling and innovative educational space spread over 1.2 million square feet. Tasked with a critical requirement to extract accurate quantities from the BIM Model, our team embarked on a journey of meticulous collaboration and technical expertise.

Situated in Pune, the university’s expansion demanded a level of precision that only the most seasoned BIM consultants could offer. Our team, comprising BIM experts, was handpicked to work in close coordination with the client, ensuring that every minute detail of the design translated seamlessly into the related quantities. The endeavor was not just about fulfilling a technical need but about materializing the client’s vision with utmost fidelity.

As appointed BIM consultants, NewARCH was responsible for producing comprehensive tender and Good for Construction (GFC) packages, including Bill of Quantities (BOQs) derived from the BIM model developed at Level of Development (LOD) 350. This included all architectural, structural, and MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting) models.
