 Design & Drafting of Residential & Commercial Building like Plan, Structure plan, Furniture
plan, Elevation as per client requirement.
 As per Client give design assist for Construction Supervision as Plan at site.
 Preparation of Detailed Architectural Drawings and Details, Cross sectional Site level details for
Architectural & Utility Engineering drawings and detailed Master Plans as well as General
Arrangement drawings in AutoCAD.
 Preparation of Utility & Architectural Drawings and Release of Good for Execution Drawings
(i.e. Industrial & non- industrial buildings, warehouses, workshop, water tank & pump house,
utility buildings, container yard etc.) in AutoCAD.
 Preparation of shop drawings “Good for Execution” Drawings in AutoCAD and issuing the same
to site/contractor for ease of execution.
 Documentation of the drawings in all respects from all sources and control their generation
and distribution.
 I am registered from Nagarpalika for Building permission work required for NOC
 To Create a Plot Layout for selling a plot to client by colonizer Site survey as per TNCP
