Dr. Harinadha Reddy is a distinguished structural engineer and researcher with a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering) from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru, achieved in 2017. His expertise spans damage estimation, design and detailing of concrete and steel structures, and advanced modeling techniques for assessing structural integrity under various conditions including fire and earthquake scenarios.

Dr. Reddy began his career as a Senior Technical Assistant at the Gas Turbine Research Establishment (GTRE), part of the Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) in Bengaluru, from 2002 to 2006. He furthered his research at IISc as a senior research fellow, working on significant projects like "Stochastic Modeling of Hydration Process in Concrete" and high-temperature studies on concrete, contributing to the field with both experimental and computational advancements.

Currently, Dr. Reddy is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and consulting engineer at the Center for Earth Science at IISc, where he leads a project on ultrahigh-temperature metamorphism in rocks. His research has been recognized internationally, earning him the Google Carbon Removal Research Award in 2023.

Dr. Reddy has authored numerous journal papers and conference presentations globally, notably on the behavior of concrete under various environmental conditions. His software proficiency includes MATLAB, COMSOL, ANSYS, STADD Pro, and ETABS, enhancing his research and professional consultancy.
